Americorps Service Grants (National)

This AmeriCorps State and National (AmeriCorps) accepts grant applications annually in specific focus areas.
A notice of intent to apply is required by December 15, 2015.  The full proposal due January 20, 2016.

Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in Kentucky

The Felix E. Martin Jr. Foundation makes grants to support not-for-profit organizations for the benefit of the residents of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. The next application deadline is November 9, 2015.

Grants for Teachers (National)

The Voya Unsung Heroes program (formerly the ING Unsung Heroes program) annually provides grants to K-12 educators utilizing new teaching methods and techniques that improve learning.  The application deadline is April 30, annually.

Neighborhood Improvement Grants in Kentucky

The Lexington Corridors Commission is accepting applications for the Corridors Neighborhood Match Grant program.  The application deadline is April 10, 2015.  Kentucky grants

Grants for Research Programs in the Arts (National)

The Center for Craft, Creativity & Design will begin accepting applications for the Craft Research Fund on May 4. The Mission of the fund is to advance, expand and support research about craft in the United States.  The application deadline is October 9, 2015.

Stormwater Incentive Grant Program in Kentucky

The Stormwater Incentive Grant Program is open for infrastructure projects for businesses, schools, churches and other institutions located in Fayette County, Kentucky that pay a Water Quality Management Fee (WQMF). These grants, funded by the WQMF, provide financial assistance for projects that reduce stormwater runoff, improve water quality and educate citizens about these issues.  The application deadline is May 15, 2015.  Kentucky grants

Grants to Internationalize Teaching and Learning in the Classroom (National)

The Teachers for Global Classrooms (TGC) Program accepts applications annually from qualified U.S. middle and high school teachers for professional development grant opportunity to internationalize teaching and learning in their classes.  The application deadline is generally in mid-March.

Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in West Kentucky

The Community Foundation of West Kentucky will be awarding grants to non-profit organizations, who serve their communities of Western Kentucky.  The deadline is February 13, 2015.  Kentucky grants

Classics for Kids Foundation aims to bridge the funding gap and enhance school music programs by providing matching grants for beautiful new stringed instruments.  Applications are accepted on a quarterly basis.

Bernice Barbour Foundation Grants (National)

The Bernice Barbour Foundation supports the preservation and care of animals and the prevention of cruelty to animals. The foundation supports nonprofit organizations whose purpose is to benefit animals.  Applications are accepted annually; the deadline is generally in July.
