Social Services Grants Available for Nonprofits in Illinois

Elgin Township is accepting applications from local social service agencies for upcoming grant funding.  The application deadline is October 9, 2015.



Nonprofit Organizations Grants in Illinois

The Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln will be accepting proposals for the Community Grants Program.  The application deadline is September 1, 2015.



Agriculture Research and Education Grants in Illinois for Nonprofits, Universities, and Public Agencies

The Illinois Department of Agriculture is seeking proposals through its Sustainable Agriculture Grant Program to carry out research, education, and on-farm demonstration projects that address one or more of the purposes listed in the Sustainable Agriculture Act.  The application deadline is October 15, 2015.



Nonprofit Organization Grants in Illinois

The Highland Area Community Foundation accepts applications annually. Grants are given for not-for-profit purposes and to individuals, organizations, or groups that provide community services within the Highland Community Unit School District and in St. Jacob and Marine townships.  The application deadline is July 15.



Grants for Wildlife Conservancy (National)

The Thornton S. Glide, Jr. and Katrina D. Glide Foundation is a charitable trust providing benefits for qualified organizations committed to animal protection organizations, and other land and wildlife conservancy groups. 
Applications are accepted from May 15 through August 15, annually.  **Please note, the next 2015 deadline is August 13**



Grants for Teachers (National)

The Voya Unsung Heroes program (formerly the ING Unsung Heroes program) annually provides grants to K-12 educators utilizing new teaching methods and techniques that improve learning.  The application deadline is April 30, annually.



Grants for Research Programs in the Arts (National)

The Center for Craft, Creativity & Design will begin accepting applications for the Craft Research Fund on May 4. The Mission of the fund is to advance, expand and support research about craft in the United States.  The application deadline is October 9, 2015.



Neighborhood Grants in Northern Illinois

The Community Foundation of Northern Illinois is accepting applications for its Neighborhood Grants Program.  The application deadline is March 23, 2015. Illinois grants



Grants to Internationalize Teaching and Learning in the Classroom (National)

The Teachers for Global Classrooms (TGC) Program accepts applications annually from qualified U.S. middle and high school teachers for professional development grant opportunity to internationalize teaching and learning in their classes.  The application deadline is generally in mid-March.



Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in Illinois

The Moline Foundation is accepting applications for their next funding rounds.  The 2015 deadlines are March 31 and September 30.  Illinois grants
