The Center for Craft, Creativity & Design will begin accepting applications for the Craft Research Fund on May 4. The Mission of the fund is to advance, expand and support research about craft in the United States.  The application deadline is October 9, 2015.



At Risk Youth Program Grants (National)

The Entertainment Software Association Foundation is dedicated to supporting positive programs and opportunities that make a difference in the quality of life, health, and welfare of youth.  The application deadline is May 15, 2015.



Grants for Youth Focused Recreational Paddling Programs (National)

Outdoor Nation is accepting applications for 2015 Paddle Nation Grants. Now in its fourth year, the program is available to organizations across the United States to connect young Americans to their waterways through recreational paddling.  The application deadline is April 13, 2015.



Grants for Nonprofit Organizations in Southwest Idaho

The Idaho Community Foundation (ICF) grant cycle for southwest Idaho covers Ada, Adams, Blaine, Boise, Camas, Canyon, Cassia, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, Twin Falls, Valley and Washington counties.  The application period opens May 1, with a June 1 deadline, annually.

 



Grants to Internationalize Teaching and Learning in the Classroom (National)

The Teachers for Global Classrooms (TGC) Program accepts applications annually from qualified U.S. middle and high school teachers for professional development grant opportunity to internationalize teaching and learning in their classes.  The application deadline is generally in mid-March.



Grants for Fire Departments in Idaho

The Idaho Fire Chief’s Association (IFCA) is accepting applications for the Fire Fighter License Plate (FFLP) Grant program. These grants are awarded annually from available funds received through the Idaho Fire Fighter’s Special License Plate Fund program.  The application deadline is June 26, 2015.  Idaho grants



Grants for Music Instruments (National)

Classics for Kids Foundation aims to bridge the funding gap and enhance school music programs by providing matching grants for beautiful new stringed instruments.  Applications are accepted on a quarterly basis.



Football Field Grants (National)

Sponsored by the National Football League Foundation, the Local Initiatives Support Consortium's NFL Youth Football Fund Grassroots Program is designed to address the shortage of clean, safe, and accessible football fields in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods by providing financial and technical assistance to nonprofit neighborhood-based organizations working to improve local football fields.  The application deadline is on or about March 30, 2015



Awards Program for Individuals Working with Children (National)

The World of Children Award program was created to recognize and elevate selfless individuals who make a difference in the lives of children here in the USA and across the globe, regardless of political, religious or geographical boundaries. These courageous leaders recognize that children are the world's most important asset.  The nomination deadline is April 1, 2015.
